A Message from Raleigh and Lucy

We'd like all of you out there who live with dogs to please make sure that we are inside when you are away from the house.  Sure you have fences, but you must understand a few things:  We're so curious about what's on the other side of that fence that some of us will do anything to investigate the world around us!  Our neighbor across the street chews his way out of the wooden fence surrounding his yard, and our mom saw him chasing a car down the street today!  She and other neighbors rounded him up and returned him to his back yard.  His owners were not at home.  Our friend could have been killed by a car or even dognapped by someone. 

So do us a favor:  Keep us safely enclosed in our houses when you're not able to supervise us.  It's for our own protection.
